作者簡介

　　簡·R·威廉斯（JanR.Williams）安永會計師事務所的會計培訓師及田納西大學諾克斯維爾分校工商管理學院的院長。威廉斯博士是美國注冊會計師協(xié)會會員，并于1994年同時獲得田納西州注冊會計師協(xié)會和美國注冊會計師協(xié)會授予的“杰出會計教育者”稱號。他是1999—2000年美國會計協(xié)會的主席，迄今為止有五本著作面世，并且在權威的會計學雜志上發(fā)表了七十多篇文章。
